Guidance for commissioners of mental health services for young people making the transition from child and adolescent to adult services

"Commissioners must work with public health colleagues to ensure that the needs of young people with mental health problems, including those young people whose needs are primarily met within education, social care and nonstatutory agencies and young people in contact with the criminal justice system, are identified in the Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA)."
